JMF Northern Consulting (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, email us or call us, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about what you need. This website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you and to carry out the work you have asked us about. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not send marketing email.
Who else sees it
We share your information only where it is needed to do the job, for example with a supplier or a carrier handling your delivery, and with the ordinary business software we use to run the company. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep business records for as long as Canadian tax and recordkeeping rules require, and no longer than we need them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jmfnorthernconsulting@gmail.com and we will respond. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
